Whitney Houston has died aged 48, according to reports.
The American singer and actress has passed away in Los Angeles, her publicist Kristen Foster confirmed today (February 11).
The singer who was best known for hits including ‘I Will Always Love You’ and ‘Saving All My Love For You’.
Houston has been previously affected by substance abuse and a turbulent marriage to singer Bobby Brown.
Police spokesman Mark Rosen confirmed Houston was found dead at 15:55 pm February 11 (23:55 GMT) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where she was staying as a guest.
No further details of the circumstances around the singer’s death have been revealed.
